“Dominanta” business class residential complex is located in the North-Western administrative district within a short walk from “Shchukinskaya” metro station, between Shchukinskaya and Aviatsionnaya streets.

When creating this design the leading architects of the city were anxious to work out the most ergonomic architectural composition, while the new engineering technologies allowed Barkli corporation the implementation of a project being unique for Russia.
At the design stage the specialists took into consideration the height of the adjacent buildings and their relief location in order to guarantee the optimal view from all the apartments’ windows.
The residential complex forms an isolated guarded internal courtyard with a playing ground for children.

The access to the underground parking and to the residential zone is from Shchukinskaya street, to the territory of commercial and office part of the building – from Pekhotnaya street. Thus the flows of residents and business center clients are separated between different entrances.

The complex has various apartments: with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 rooms. Large area penthouses with winter gardens and exits to the explotable roof are situated in the upper floors. One and two room apartments may be combined into one at the client’s wish. Apartments have an open plan layout. Orientation of the living rooms along the parts of the world takes account of the required insolation.
